This is why we have class time. It's why you're getting credit for the class -- to learn the words to the songs. So if it's past fourth week or almost concert time, don't be surprised if your TAs look at you with exasperation when you ask for the words to the songs. You may be able to find selected words on the Info page. If not, please send one of your TAs e-mail with the song title and a SPECIFIC QUESTION about a word or a phrase. E-mails with the words "I don't know the words to any of the songs," "I need the words to all the songs," or even "I need all the words to _____ song" WILL NOT BE ANSWERED!
This is an easy one -- Go to the Info page (you can reach it using the navigation frame or the noframes home) and click on "Schedule." This will take you to an area of the site called "Schedule of Performances for the Quarter." This area will be updated constantly and will give the most up-to-date and complete schedule of concerts. If you notice a discrepancy or have a question, please e-mail a TA or Ken.
The first thing you need to know when you're asking about absences is your SEAT NUMBER. If you don't know your seat number, you need to see the TAs AS SOON AS YOU REALIZE that you don't know it. When you have your seat number, talk to Ken about allowing the TAs to show you how many absences you have. This process may be changed. The best way to know how many absences you have is to KEEP TRACK yourself.
A version of the Syllabus is posted on this website and you should be able to answer any questions you may have using it. As always, you can e-mail your TAs with any specific questions.
